Pilgrims Produce on Our Okanagan:

Rob and Kathryn Hettler began their organic market garden in 1991 so celebrated the farm's 20th birthday in April 2011. Another worker, Michelle, now helps manage some aspects of the farm. They are committed to sustainable agricultural practices, seeking to leave their land in better condition than when they bought it. They sell certified organic vegetables and fruit into Vernon and Armstrong farmers' markets, a couple of restaurants, and through the Community Shared Agriculture weekly box program. U-pick is also available for strawberries, cultivated saskatoon berries, raspberries, black currants, sour cherries, pincherries and chokecherries.

In 2010 Kathryn wrote the book Real Food Real Health with Dr. Maureen Clement. It's all about local foods (and how to find them) between Kelowna and the Shuswap.  Sold for $20 at Vernon and Armstrong Farmers markets.

What We Offer

Certified Organic produce

We grow everything from A to Z: asparagus to zucchini, a wide variety of vegetables for direct sales at farmers' markets and through a weekly box program (CSA). We also grow berries, cherries and plums. In June and July we offer u-pick strawberries, saskatoons and raspberries.
